In this age of sound bites and instant image assessment you need to be on the ball – confidant that what you project communicates who you really are.

Can’t speak up at meetings? Want to ace an interview? Promoting your business? Pitching your biggest client? Finding the perfect partner? You need to be at the top of your communication game.

Cheryl works with people 1 to 1 to prepare for specific events by focusing on the Power of Presence, feeling confident, being Your Best, Unique Self and actually enjoying yourself in the process. I integrate my clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist and Voice Coach and my executive coaching experience in my custom Personal Presence Workshops. These consist of an initial 3-4 hour in person consultation with follow-up designed as required by the goals of the client. The initial consultation includes: assessment of Presence including voice, speech, posture, verbal and non-verbal expression, videotaping and feedback, creating a powerful context/message and practical exercises, based upon the Platinum Presence principles. The follow-up coaching sessions are scheduled to allow for practice in between. Learn More.

Cheryl Dolan and Stephen Carr have developed a Leadership Presence and Communication Coaching Program for CEO's and Executives which begins with the PaperRoom and incorporates the elements from our Platinum Presence work with on-going coaching.

This team coaching, drawing upon Stephen's extensive business experience and facilitating/public speaking with Cheryl's clinical and practical experience - proves highly effective.
